This Privacy Policy explains how FUT Card Builder 26 ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. By installing and using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. About the App

FUT Card Builder 26 is a free, independent fan-made mobile app that lets users design original, custom football-style player cards as a creative hobby. The App provides generic card-design templates and tools — you can enter any player name, choose any rating, position, country flag, and club emblem, and optionally add a photo from your own device. The App does not provide, distribute, or reproduce any official EA Sports, EA SPORTS FC, FIFA, Ultimate Team, club, league, or player imagery, ratings, statistics, audio, artwork, or other proprietary content.

Any resemblance in visual style to the "FUT" or "Ultimate Team" card aesthetic is for purposes of fan creativity and parody only. All trademarks and registered trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used nominally, for descriptive and identifying purposes only. No claim of ownership over any third-party trademark, logo, or copyrighted work is intended or implied.

2. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect any personal information ourselves. The App does not require accounts, sign-in, or any form of registration.

However, the App displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. To show ads, Google AdMob automatically collects certain device and usage information, which may include:

• Your device's advertising identifier (e.g., AAID on Android)
• IP address and coarse, region-level location derived from it
• Device model, operating system version, language, and time zone
• Interaction with ads (impressions, clicks)

This data is used by Google to personalize and measure advertising.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials.
• We do not collect precise GPS location.
• We do not collect or upload your photos, gallery contents, or any images you choose for your cards.
• We do not sell or rent any data about you to third parties.

4. On-Device Image Processing

When you select an image from your gallery (or take a photo) to add to a card, that image is processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or back up any image you select. Background removal, color extraction, and rendering all happen locally. Finished cards stay on your device unless you choose to share them through your device's share sheet.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — for serving banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open advertisements. Review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy and AdMob-specific details at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
• api.country.is — to pre-fill the "Your Country" field with your country of residence, the App makes a single HTTPS request to api.country.is on first launch. api.country.is sees your device's public IP address and returns the matching ISO country code. We do not store the IP address or the returned country — the result is used only to set a default value in the Country picker, which you can change at any time. If this request fails (offline or blocked), the picker simply opens unset.
• GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com) — card-design template images, club emblems, and country flags used by the App are served from a public GitHub repository. GitHub may log standard request data (IP, user agent, timestamp) per its policy: GitHub privacy statement.
• Google ML Kit — Selfie Segmentation — when you use the optional background-removal feature on a player photo, the App uses Google's ML Kit Selfie Segmentation SDK. Per Google's documentation, this runs entirely on-device and your photo is never uploaded to Google. See: ML Kit terms.

6. GDPR & EEA / UK Consent

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region requiring consent for personalized advertising, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to display a consent form on first launch. Through that form you can:

• Consent to personalized ads, or
• Choose non-personalized ads only.

You can update your choice at any time from within the App's settings. We do not store your consent decision on our servers — it is managed by Google's UMP SDK on your device.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. Advertising is configured to respect family-safe policies where applicable.

8. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions on your device:

• Photos / Media / Files: only when you choose to add an image to a card. Used locally; never uploaded.
• Camera (optional): only if you choose to take a new photo for a card.
• Internet: required to load banner advertisements.

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time through your device's settings.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data relating to you. Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, most such requests must be directed to Google for any data collected through AdMob. 10. Data Security

Since the App does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no central database that could be compromised. Locally stored cards and any images you add are protected by your device's own security mechanisms.

11. Trademarks, Copyright & Non-Affiliation

The App is a fan-made creative tool produced independently. The following points are stated explicitly to avoid any confusion:

• No affiliation: We have no business, contractual, or licensing relationship with Electronic Arts Inc., EA Sports, EA SPORTS FC, FIFA, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, or any football club, league, federation, governing body, broadcaster, agency, or player.
• No endorsement: Nothing in or about the App should be interpreted as endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or approval by EA, EA Sports, FIFA, or any rights holder.
• No copyrighted content reproduced: The App does not bundle, ship, scrape, distribute, or otherwise reproduce any artwork, code, audio, official ratings, club crests, player likenesses, kit designs, or other copyrighted or trademarked materials owned by EA, FIFA, or any third party. Any club emblems or country flags accessed by the App come from publicly available sources used in a fair, descriptive manner.
• User-supplied content: Any photo, name, or other content you input into a card comes from you, the user. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that content.
• Trademark ownership: "FIFA", "FUT", "Ultimate Team", "EA Sports", "EA SPORTS FC", along with all related names, logos, and marks, are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here only for nominative reference and fan-creative purposes.
• Takedown / DMCA: If you are a rights holder and believe any element of the App or this website infringes your rights, please contact us at the email below and we will respond promptly and in good faith.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or applicable laws. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
